Emma Paton is one of the most recognisable multi-sport presenters for Sky Sports and Sky Sports News, reporting across a variety of areas – from football transfer deadline day to the World Darts Championships.

Emma first joined Sky Sports in 2012 as a sports Journalist and has since emerged as one of the most recognisable faces in the sector.

As the current lead presenter of Sky Sports darts coverage since 2020, she is most notably known for hosting all the major tournaments for Sky – including the World Darts Championship at Alexandra Palace in December and January – with the 2024 tournament being the most viewed non-football event on record on Sky Sports earlier this year.

Emma is also a key figure across live tennis coverage for Sky Sports, presenting and reporting each year at the US Open in Flushing Meadows, New York – interviewing the top tennis athletes.

She is also a regular presenter on Sky Sports News – most notably fronting their award-winning football transfer deadline day coverage. And has previously covered WWE and NFL events across her career too.

Impressively, she’s a Sports Journalists’ Association (SJA) winner having hosted the award-winning Sky Sports podcast series – ‘Football’s Cult Heroes’.

As a former national-level 400m runner, health and fitness remain integral to Emma’s lifestyle which is regularly documented to an amassed audience of almost 300k across her social platforms. She is a proud mentor and advocate for young women aspiring to build careers in the sport industry.
